A criminal mind and his brother engage in the most briliant of schemes and this time they almost got superman beat. The brother who was wanted for murder cooks up a sceme to get off after seven years but falls short by five minutes. Superman vibrated at a frequency that can allow him to pass through a solid object, something that Dean Cain’s superman obviously took ideas from back in the 1990s.
