KakuseiHunter Omegahorn: Additional Cast Members, Staff Members Revealed

The official Project R.E.D. website has unveiled more cast members and staff members for the second entry of the franchise, KakuseiHunter Omegahorn.

Joining the show’s cast are:

Maika Miura (Soda Master) as Ail the Bold, a rookie hunter, she is Ali’s twin sister. The elder of the two, she is impatient and competitive. She summons the Mega Horn called Gokaku, which can split into two and fights with well-coordinated teamwork.

Kenshiro Kato as Ali the Upright, a rookie hunter, he is Ail’s twin brother. The younger of the two, he is shy, but is knowledgeable about Mega Horns/Kakuzyu. He can also summon Gokaku, which can split into two and fights with well-coordinated teamwork.

Former AKB48 member Kaoru Mitsumune as Baasaa the Soaring Guide, a highly skilled hunter who is loyal to Ibaru. She is respected by the people, but shows no mercy to those she deems her enemies. She fights with flamboyant skill using her iron fan and the power of her Mega Horn, Hikaku.

Hiroto Sakuraba as Genno the Shattering Calamity, a highly skilled hunter serving Ibaru. He owns a workshop where he creates and repairs Kakuseiki devices. While he has a craftsman’s temperamnent, he is also an exceptionally capable hunter. He fights powerfully with a hammer, utilizing the power of the Mega Horn, Saikaku.

In addition, the suit actors for the series was also revealed. Takahiro Yoneoka (Donbrothers’ Don Murasame, Boonboomger’s Bun Blue) plays Captain Omegahorn, Naoya Iguchi (Kamen Rider Gavv’s various Granutes) plays Enkaku, and Naoya Matsumoto plays Zetsyenkaku.

Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity head writer Atsuhiro Tomioka (Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger) will continue his work for Project R.E.D. as he returns as the show’s head writer. Jun Watanabe (Kamen Rider ZEZTZ) will serve as the show’s action director, with Hiroyuki Kato (Gekiranger-Gozyuger) directing the show’s first episode, making this the first time he directed a pilot episode of a tokusatsu series. Hiroshi Butsuda will once again serve as the tokusatsu director, and lastly, Yuria Miyazono (Black Summoner) will compose the show’s music.

Featuring the tagline, “Raise your voice!” KakuseiHunter Omegahorn is set to premiere this July 26th, replacing Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity.
